How does placing an order with Night Gallery work?

Please take 3-5 weeks into account after the preorder ends to get your item. Do not email us about it during this period. You will always get your item unless otherwise noted. We love you and value communication but we cannot answer every email regarding shipping status. Any delays will be posted on our Instagram (@enterthenightgallery). Orders can be cancelled during this time but new orders cannot be placed. 

We are a small team and work as fast as we can.

How often do you drop clothing and books?

Right now we do one clothing drop a month from January through November and one book per quarter. It's possible we surprise drop a shirt here and there or release more publications but that is our general workflow.

Do you return or exchange items?

No, we do not return or exchange items. All sales are final sales.

Can you change my order address?

Yes! We can change your address as long as we haven't shipped your item.

My package was lost in the mail, can you help me?

Sometimes -- we have access to the same shipping information that you do from UPS or USPS. If an item is returned to our studio, we will reship it to you ONCE free of charge. If it is returned TWICE we will keep the item and resell it. If your item is lost because of an address entry that you did not correct that was incorrect, we cannot help you.

Will you design for my band/brand/project?

Maybe. We accept collaboration submissions at enterthenightgallery@gmail.com year round. We can't do every project but we are interested in pitches. Please do not hesitate to inquire. 

Can I design for Night Gallery?

Maybe. Please send us an email at enterthenightgallery@gmail.com with a portfolio and your rates. 

Can I work with you on a publication for Night Gallery Press?

Maybe. We accept submissions at enterthenightgallery@gmail.com year round. Not every publication will be selected. Not every submission will get a response. 

Can I sell my stuff with Night Gallery or become a micro-shop on the website?

Maybe. We accept submissions at enterthenightgallery@gmail.com year round. It's usually better if we're friends or have some common ground for an immediate yes. Otherwise, it's a conversation.

Can I wholesale Night Gallery items or Night Gallery Press books for my store or event?

Usually, yes.  Please send us an email at enterthenightgallery@gmail.com. Please understand that windows to wholesale items are the same as our monthly drop releases. You have essentially four days to order from us. Please be swift.
